Japan Association for International Health (JAIH) aims to provide its members with the opportunity to present research findings, to exchange knowledge and information, and to communicate and collaborate among members as well as other related academic societies. By which, JAIH contributes to the progress and enhancement of international health cooperation, as well as the promotion of academic and cultural activities.
JAIH is an open forum for not only health professionals but anyone including students with an interest in international health cooperation. We comprise a wide variety of around 1,100 individual members including doctors, nurses, midwives, public health nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, medical laboratory scientists, radiographers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and emergency medical technicians.
JAIH hosts a general meeting, two local conferences (hosted by Eastern Japan/Western Japan branches) each year, and publishes “Journal of International Health”
